The honeymoon

Our honeymoon took us first to Niagara Falls Canada where we enjoyed 3 days viewing the falls and other tourist attractions there. Click on each thumbnail for a larger picture. Use your BACK button to return to this index.

The first day we did the "Journey Behind the Falls". This picture is me just next to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

Then we went to see the Whirlpool and the Spanish Aerocar. This is Jim overlooking the Whirlpool. We we not able to ride in the Spanish Aerocar because it was closed due to high winds.

Afterwards we went down to the Niagara Gorge to view the rapids below the falls. This is Jim next to the rapids. Here I am at the Niagara Gorge Rapids.

We were losing the light by the time we got to the botanical gardens. Here I am in a section of it. On our way to view the falls at nite we passed the Skylon Tower.
Lights at Night on the American Falls Canadian Horseshoe Falls all lit up at night.
Before turning in we went to view the Falls at nite. They illuminate them by shining various colored lights on them. It's very romantic. This is a view of the American Falls. Here is a view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls all lit up with the lights at night.
